Employment agencies are effective and often target special
interest groups. Unsolicited application is also possible. As
a non-Dutch speaker the employment agencies are probably most
effective. Agencies are best equipped to match person to
position. Contrary to many other countries the employee does
not need to pay Dutch job agencies for their services.
